Scott McClain is the founder and CEO of CIS Asset Solutions, Inc. He is a licensed and accredited professional with extensive experience in the valuation of business and personal property. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. McClain began a ten-year career in finance. During this time, he acquired five securities and insurance licenses, including a Series 7, Series 63, Series 55, Series 6, and Group 1. He has capitalized and managed the development of several companies and software platforms, including VerAppraise TM, a software platform dedicated to valuation verification for appraisal purposes. In 2003, he founded CIS, where he continues to serve as President and CEO.
Mr. McClain is accredited by and a member of the following organizations: The Certified Appraisers Guild of America, the National Auctioneer's Association, and the Texas Auctioneer's Association. Mr. McClain also holds the special designation of Certified Estate Specialist, via the National Auctioneer's Association.
